Terms and Conditions
Offer valid only for purchase of qualifying Interstate or generic batteries (installation required) made beginning January 1, 2016 through January 31, 2016 (“Promotion Period”) at participating Firestone Complete Auto Care (FCAC) stores in the United States. Receive a $10 check by mail or by PayPal deposit after purchase is made and rebate redemption is complete and approved. Online claims must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on March 1, 2016. Mailed requests must include the original, dated receipt for the qualifying product(s) with installation (and all dates must be within the Promotion Period and must be postmarked by March 1, 2016 and received by March 9, 2016. Limit one (1) rebate request per household, except in Rhode Island where the limit is two (2), regardless of method of redemption. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Offer open to individual legal residents of the United States only who are 18 years of age or older. Offer excludes any non-automotive batteries. Requests from businesses, government agencies, groups, clubs or other organizations will not be honored. Qualifying products are subject to availability; no rain checks on the rebate program will be offered if qualifying products are not available. Your rebate rights cannot be transferred or assigned. FCAC and/or its promotion/fulfillment agency are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or postage-due mail/requests, or for technical errors that may affect the submission, receipt or processing of online rebate requests. Claims postmarked or received after applicable dates, incomplete submissions, and illegible submissions will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced, forged or altered offer forms or register receipts will be accepted. Consumers who submit a rebate request by mail should keep a copy of their receipt. Consumers who submit a rebate request online should keep their original receipt; consumers may be required to provide the original receipt to verify an online rebate claim. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes. Purchase, sale or trade of any offer requirement is prohibited. Allow 6-8 weeks from receipt for shipment of rebate check. Firestone Complete Auto Care and/or its fulfillment agency are not responsible for printing errors or for any mail or rebate check lost by the US Postal Service.
